How do you support a highly tech-driven team in resetting their digital habits?
THE CHALLENGE
Google approached us to help them develop a unique team retreat format with a focus on improving digital habits for wellbeing and productivity.
WHAT WE DID
We began by conducting discovery interviews with members of the team to understand the key challenges they faced. Working collaboratively with the Head of Learning & Development, we designed a deep, immersive experience to support the team through these challenges and help reset their digital habits. We then provided a facilitation team to deliver the retreat over 72 hours at a team off-site in Thailand.
The success of the retreat proved the model and informed the production of an internal programme that replicated the results in other regions
"I was skeptical at first, but I’m seeing lots of ways that this will help me in my role going forward."
"I liked that the solutions provided acknowledge we can’t realistically quit tech, and give smart ways to make small realistic changes."
"This was unlike any training I’ve ever done"
"I loved running the experiments and sharing experiences with the rest of the team."
