How do you empower intentional AI adoption that strengthens human culture?

THE CHALLENGE

Forsters is a leading London law firm that specialises in real estate and private wealth.

We were approached by the Head of Knowledge and CIO to help transform their Copilot deployment into something more lasting — a firm-wide shift in mindset, capability, and confidence, that brought every level of the firm along for the journey.

WHAT WE DID

We started with a discovery phase and close collaboration with stakeholders, followed by the design of a bespoke programme that was tailored to the real concerns, confidence levels, and working styles across the firm.

We then delivered core training to a pilot and three further cohorts of around 100 staff over three weeks, transforming confidence across all roles from senior partners to business services teams.

Alongside the training, we designed and deployed a custom Copilot agent to capture use cases and share insights and best practice firm-wide.

Finally, we delivered Train the Trainer and Champions programmes to sustain momentum and build Forsters' internal delivery capability.
