#3: A year from now...

Welcome to a new weekly newsletter that we have named ‘1% MORE’. In each issue, you will find 4 short prompts using Mind over Tech’s M.O.R.E framework to trigger tiny improvements to your digital habits.

This week’s theme is: 🎯 Purpose
Mindsets and habits to identify and pursue what is important to you in your digital life.

Mobilise.

a trigger to inspire motivation

Author and journalist Karen Lamb on getting started with your passions:

“A year from now you will wish you had started today.”

Observe.

an approach to gather data

Be curious about how easy it is to shift between different activities in your digital life, and how often this leads you to neglect the most important ones.

Reflect.

a prompt to inspire change

What could you shift in your digital habits so that each day you are able to direct some time and attention towards the things which matter most to you?

Experiment.

an invitation to disrupt your digital habits

Set aside formal time each day to reflect on the projects or activities that are most important to you personally and will bring the most satisfaction to you.

Try this experiment out and learn from others in this week’s member community challenge—free until end of Jan ‘23.

I hope you enjoy this new format—if so, please share it with others.

Until next week,

— Jonathan

P.S. We’ve been working hard in recent months on a brand new product called the Mind over Tech Accelerator—an intimate three-week live course for professionals, with interactive live workshops and dedicated 1:1 coaching.

Keep an eye out for a new series of emails starting this week telling the story of how this came about… 👀
